Appointments are a part of life during any treatment protocal. Recognize that the tests might be all day, So be prepared to wait. Sometime things go smooth when you arrive for an appointment
or test, but be prepared for any delay.

Things to remember for appointments;

Medications you may need to take while waiting

A list of current medications(remember to note the dose)

Current insurance information, Medicare or Medicaid cards.

Allergy information (drugs you have had reactions to)

A written list of question for your doctor

A small voice recorder to replay information (make sure you ask permission to use recorder during your appointment) or to use to listen to music while you are waiting or receiving treatment.

A snack, something to read, a word puzzle, a small craft project or writing paper.

Many treatment facilities have resource
centers, which can be a great source of information, especially while you are waiting.

When you are stressed out, Sometimes it would be better to take a friend with you, To ask the questions that you seem to forget when you walk into the Dr office or having tests.

Good Luck!
