I am 31,5 months pregnant, and have felt a small, pea-size, hard, unmovable lump under my left nipple. Could this be pregnancy related or cancer. I have no oher breast symptoms such as dimpling, etc. I am really worried because my mom died of breast cancer when she was only 34.

Please have it checked. It could be a cyst, or your milk glands starting up, or a lump. You cannot tell by feeling, alone.
