have a huge lump under my nipple in right breast what could it be

I am a breast cancer survivor, not a doctor. I can't diagnose. But I would suggest seeing a doctor about it. Early diagnosis and(if needed)treatment offers the best results.

For a similar reason my wife had to undergo lumpectomy & mastectomy, and it was a little one. Should check urgently
