Huge lump under right nipple.

I have had smaller lumps under my right nipple since i was around 13 when the 2 doctors said it was hormones. 2 years later I am now 15 and have no lump under the left nipple but a lump under the right nipple has been getting bigger each week. I would say it is the size of a grape. It hurts a lot when I press on it. I need some advise on what to do as this is not hormones 2 years later!
