I know, this might be caused by something other than cancer. But I found a lump in my arm, below the elbow, on the upper/outer part of the arm. It feels like a pea-size lump surrounded by a mass. Feels exactly the same as my breast cancer lump felt. And it`s on the same side of my body.
My question is, CAN breast cancer mets show up in the arm in soft tissue, before any other mets?

Breast cancer can metastasize almost anywhere, although some places are not likely, but it is still possible. Different types of breast cancer have different patterns of metastases. And, there is greater likelihood of spread to areas such as soft tissue if there was lymphovascular invasion. On the other hand, there can be other causes for what you describe as well. Hope it is nothing of concern. Take care...

I saw the doctor today, and he doesn`t think the lump in my arm is anything to worry about. So I guess I`ll just try and forget about it, unless it gets bigger. Thanks, everyone.
