theres a small lump under my right nipple i had it scince i was 12 now im 13 is it going to go away?

Hello,
At your age, your body is changing. Anything that seems "different" needs to be checked out. There are SOOOO many things that the lump could be. Have a doctor check it out. Then come on back here and let us know. I send best wishes from us, here at this site.
