What happens if your arm swells up? How am I going to lift my horse saddle that weighs 32 lbs over my head been 3wks since surgery 3 nodes removed. Arm feels like tight rubber bands, back of arm feels weird itchy numb. Dr
said do whatever I want no exercises giving or restrictions? is this norm

I am confused. WHAT kind of Dr. are they? An Oncologist would know about the risk of lymphedema after lymphnode removal. It is a lifelong possibility after the removal surgery.
Do you know anything about lymphedema? Just do a search online, and you will learn a lot.
