worried/puss filled sores

I am just wanting some advice on what could be going on. I am 21 years old. Very pale skin. I have these sores on both breast, if I squeeze them whiteish puss comes out. When I squeeze them then they turn into red scaly like marks. My lower left breast has a very sharp constant "pinching " sensation. There is also dark red lines under my breast with some of these sores. I have never had acne before but could this be what this is? I have been nauesous for a couple of months now. And I usually have moderate/heavy periods and for the last couple of months I have been having periods with light bleeding for 1-2 days and then spotting very lightly for 1-2 days. I am posting this on the bcadvisor because cancer is not uncommon in my family. My 3 yr old cousin died of cancer a couple of years ago, my aunt died of breast cancer a few years ago, 2 of my grandfathers had cancer, and my 16 yr old cousin is now in hospice because of cancer.


I would appreciate any advice.

I am sorry to hear about your family and mostly about your 3-year old cousin

For the most part breast cancer is without pain - that's why it is so dangerous if not regularly checked.

Although I strongly advise you to see a doctor as soon as possible, I rather think you are having a hormonal disruption of kinds.... this because your nauesousisness and change in menstrual periods.

Still: you need to see a doctor. Only with tests can he discover what is the problem

While not exactly as you have described, but very similar, I had a sore on my nipple. I had associated breast pain as well. As it turned out I had a somewhat rare type of breast cancer called Paget's disease of the nipple. It was a sore that appeared on the nipple, had a pus like drainage, and I felt pain deep in the breast. That is what took me to the doctor in the first place, only to find out that I had breast cancer there and inside the breast. Once I had the masectomy, I continued to feel the same type pain for some time. It has somewhat calmed now. Please go to a doctor immediately. Also, my GYN/OB did not know what was wrong. It wasn't until the mammogram that the radiologist recognized the problem. Don't delay!

ok so i am in the process of going to the docs i have quite a few puss filled sores over my breasts i have been refferred to the skin specialist NOW after trying many antibiotics that never worked i always feel im wasting doctors time so i check online and i hear stories like this i have had thes sores for about 5 months now not really painful my breasts feel hot especially the right one but the sores almost look like they healing then open up again and fill again it is mot=re irritating than anyting as i say no real pain but discomfort any ideas
